Answer: During routine office hours, any critically sick or injured pet will be seen immediately by our staff. After
office hours, emergencies will be handled by the Chicago Veterinary Emergency Services at 3123 N. Clybourn
(773)281-7110. This fully staffed facility, created in part by our hospital, will provide quality emergency care for your
sick or injured pet.

Answer: Our veterinarians are members of the many professional organizations including the American Animal Hospital
Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association, Chicago
Veterinary Medical Association, Illinois Academy of Veterinary Medicine and the Feline Practitioners Association.

Answer: We have been a proud member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1972. AAHA is an
organization dedicated to excellence in companion animal medicine and surgery.
